GSEB HSC Result 2023 for Class 12 Science stream board exam.
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board conducted the Class 12 Science stream board exams from March 14 to March 25, 2023, across various exam centers in the state. The exams were held under strict COVID-19 safety protocols, including social distancing measures and mandatory mask-wearing.
After the completion of the exams, the Board released the answer key for the Class 12 or HSC exam on April 13, 2023. Candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections against the answer key until April 15, 2023. The Board then evaluated the answer sheets and calculated the results based on the marking scheme.
This year, a total of 1,25,563 students appeared for the Class 12 Science stream board exam, out of which 1,10,229 were regular students. The overall pass percentage for the exam is 65.58%, with Group A having a pass percentage of 72.27% and Group B having a pass percentage of 61.71%.
Candidates who have scored a minimum of Grade D in all the subjects and overall have passed the Gujarat Class 12 examination. To check their results, candidates will need their roll number or registration number along with their date of birth. They can access the results through the official website of GSEB at gseb.org.
In 2022, the overall pass percentage for Gujarat Class 12th Science results was 72.02%, which is higher than the pass percentage of this year. The results were announced on May 12, 2022, with Group A having a pass percentage of 78.40% and Group B having a pass percentage of 68.58%. For the candidates who appeared for the Group AB, the pass percentage was 78.38%.
Overall, the GSEB HSC Result 2023 for Class 12 Science stream board exam has been declared, and candidates can check their results online. The Board has also provided the option to apply for re-evaluation or rechecking of their answer sheets if they are not satisfied with their results.
